FAQ's
Can I take my pottery home on the day?
Due to the nature of the paints we use, your pottery must be glazed with a clear coat and fired in our kiln. This will make sure that your design stays on your pottery forever and is food/liquid safe! Collection for pottery is around is around 5-7 days later. Outprints take around 3-5 weeks and Imprints are around a 4-6 week turnaround.

How much time should I give myself to spend in your studio?
With the help of our experienced staff, print bookings are easy and hassle free. With our imprints and outprints most appointments take around 15-30 minutes. If you are looking to do pottery prints with us we would recommend allowing yourself between 1-2 hours. If you are going to paint your own design onto your piece you may need the full 2 hours compared to if you are just coming in for prints and leaving us to do the design.

Can I get my prints framed?
Yes! We have a lovely local framer who creates bespoke frames for our imprints and outprints. Speak to us in the studio for more details. Framing adds an addition 1-2 weeks to your process as we send your prints off.

What age should I bring my child in to do prints?
We have lots of experience taking prints from children and babies of all ages for a day old to 8 year olds! For the best fit on our items we would recommend bringing your little one in at any age up to 8 months. For the perfect tiny prints 2-4 weeks works well! Our staff are equipped to take prints from all ages and have special techniques that are stress free and help to achieve the perfect print.

Is my pottery microwave/dishwasher safe?
We do not recommend that you use a microwave or the dishwasher for your pottery. Your pottery is unique, beautiful and special and these appliances can unfortunately damage them.

What if I need to reschedule my booking?
When you book we require a £10 deposit to secure your appointment. Should you need to rearrange your booking you can do this up to 24 hrs before the date and the deposit will be transferred to another date.

Can I book a normal table? I also want to do some painting with my toddler!
We love to create special memories for you and your babies but we do require these to be booked as a specific appointment. You are then welcome to stay with us and do some more painting yourselves!
